What My Support Finder does, what it does not do, and what we each agree to.
Draft pending legal review. This document has been written by the product team and has not yet been reviewed by qualified Australian NDIS, privacy and commercial lawyers. It must be reviewed and approved before public launch.
What this platform is
My Support Finder helps you find, compare and connect with NDIS providers, and helps you keep track of what happens after you send a referral. We are an independent platform. We are not the NDIA, not the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and not endorsed by either.
What this platform is not
- We do not provide supports. We are not a party to your service agreement with a provider.
- We do not manage your NDIS plan and we do not decide what your plan covers.
- We do not give clinical, legal or financial advice.
- We are not an emergency service.
- Verification is a documents check. It is not a guarantee of quality or safety.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. If you act on behalf of a participant, you may only do so under an authority they have confirmed, and only within its recorded scope.
Provider obligations
Providers must keep their listing accurate, confirm capacity honestly, hold the registrations and insurances they claim, and respond to referrals within the stated time. Listings may not make unsupported claims, including claims of being the best, guaranteed outcomes, or government or NDIS endorsement.
Fees
The platform is free for participants, nominees and families. Providers may pay a subscription for software tools. We do not charge a commission on supports, take a percentage of NDIS funding, or sell participant information. Paying for tools has no effect on where a provider appears in results.
Suspension
We may suspend a provider listing where there is a serious concern about safety, honesty or conduct. Suspension is recorded with a reason and can be appealed.
