What exists today
- Build your Support Passport once — needs, preferences, deal-breakers, no diagnosis required
- Set sharing per section, from private to shared only after a provider accepts you
- Preview exactly what a provider will receive before you send anything
- Open a support request and have staff shortlist verified providers who actually fit
- Invite a nominee or representative with a scope you choose, and revoke it anytime
- Save providers you like, block ones you do not want contacting you again
- Get checked on at 7, 30 and 90 days after a service starts
- Leave a verified review once a service relationship is confirmed
- Report a concern and know it goes to a real person, not a form that disappears
