Before you choose

Does a paid plan rank me higher?

No. Subscription tier is explicitly excluded from ranking, and we test for it — read the published ranking policy. A plan unlocks tools for your organisation, never placement for your listing.

What do I actually get for $19/month?

Inclusion in the set our staff shortlist from when a request matches what you offer, and capacity tools that keep your availability dated rather than stale. Verification itself is free — the $19 is for the listing.

To be plain about what this is not: there is no public directory for participants to browse, so this does not buy you a page that strangers can find. Participants see a provider only when a staff member has put you in front of them.

Can I cancel, and is there a contract?

No lock-in. Manage or cancel your subscription yourself from your billing dashboard, whenever you want.

What does this not buy?

It does not buy placement, priority, or a guaranteed number of referrals. Referral volume depends on what participants are looking for and whether you match it — we will not quote you a figure we cannot stand behind.

Which plan should I pick?

Premium Directory Listing, unless you know you need more. The features marked “not live yet” on the higher tiers are exactly that — we will not charge you for them as though they work today. You can move up at any time without redoing verification.
