Get help or report a concern
Last updated 29 July 2026
You can raise a concern about a provider, about a listing, or about us. You do not need to work out how serious it is — that is our job.
If someone is in immediate danger
Call 000. My Support Finder is not an emergency service and cannot respond to emergencies. We can help you report a concern, pause a provider listing and find alternative support, but we cannot replace emergency, clinical or regulatory services.
What you can report
- A provider did not respond to your referral.
- A listing is misleading.
- A pricing concern.
- Discrimination.
- A privacy concern.
- Unsafe service.
- Abuse, neglect or exploitation.
- Harassment.
- Fraud.
- A problem with the platform itself.
- A dispute about a review.
What happens next
Every concern gets a reference number and a named response time. We acknowledge urgent matters within an hour and standard matters within two business days.
Reports involving abuse, neglect, exploitation or unsafe service automatically open a restricted safeguarding case, regardless of how it was categorised when it came in. Those cases are visible only to authorised safeguarding staff, and every action taken on them is recorded.
We will tell you what we did. Where a matter should go to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, police or another authority, we will say so and help you make that report — and in some circumstances we are required to report it ourselves.
Reporting about us
If your concern is about My Support Finder rather than a provider, use the same form. It is handled by a different team from the one that operates the platform day to day.
Other places you can go
You can raise a concern about an NDIS provider directly with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at any time. You do not need to come to us first, and using our process does not limit your right to do so.
